Syrian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, mashed and cooled
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Keep adding flour until dough is no longer sticky.
    Roll dough into thin sheets.
    Place in cookie pan.
    Dot with knife.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Watch closely.
    Remove from oven and rub entire sheet with butter. Sprinkle on garlic powder or salt.
    Cut into squares.
    (This is good with soup or stew.)
