Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes; boil until tender.
    Mash potatoes, adding a little milk for a creamy consistency.
    Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper.
    Mix until smooth. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
