Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 can peas, drained
    4 pieces celery, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. pimento (if desired)
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix last 6 ingredients until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour over bean mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Drain before serving.
