Cookie Pie Crust And Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. fresh whole strawberries
    1 (10 oz.) jar red raspberry jelly
Preparation
    Mix flour and confectioners sugar well by hand. Add the butter and use pastry blender or fork and mix until mixture resembles cornmeal. Chill 30 minutes, then turn into 9-inch tart or pie pan, pressing firmly. Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool.
