Pecan Crisp Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cream margarine.
    Add sugar and well beaten eggs.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Blend well. Shape in a 3 inch roll.
    Wrap in wax paper; chill one hour.
    Cut the roll into thin slices.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a hot 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Makes 6 dozen.
