Good Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    boiling water
    1 big box vanilla pudding
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over the raisins. Cover 5 minutes, then drain.
    Cook the pudding and milk until thick; cool. Add the Cool Whip, raisins and lemon juice.
    Pour into baked pie shell. Top with Cool Whip to serve.
