Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb bag) shredded hash browns
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 (8 oz) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except corn flakes.
Pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes.
Pour margarine over top.
Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
A few dashes of tabasco sauce gives it some spice.
