Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/3 c. water
1 (13 oz.) can salted peanuts
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Place pumpkin on large cookie sheet or in roaster.
Bake 2 hours or more at 350\u00b0.
Scoop out and freeze or can.
If stringy, run through food mill.
