Sweet And Sour Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can cranberry sauce
    2 pkg. kielbasa
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar (to taste)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mix with a little water)
Preparation
    Slice the kielbasa; brown in pan.
    Drain pineapple (reserving juice).
    Place juice in with the kielbasa.
    Cut pineapple chunks in half.
    Add sugar to first mixture; bring to a boil.
    Add cranberry sauce; mix well, then add cornstarch to thicken (you may need more cornstarch).
    Add vinegar to taste.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Tastes better if made the day before.
