Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 can cream chicken soup
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheese Whiz
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked broccoli
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Lightly brown the onions and celery in butter; then add the soups
    and
    cheese.
    Stir
    until
    all is mixed and melted. Add the broccoli and 1 cup rice and stir well.
    Line casserole (2 quart size) with the two remaining cups of rice.
    Then pour broccoli mixture in the
    middle.
    Heat
    for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbling.
    This
    also freezes well for use at a later date.
