Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve syrup)
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix beef, onion, salt, milk, cracker crumbs, egg and ginger together and form into small balls and brown in 1 tablespoon shortening.
Mix cornstarch, sugar and pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
Cook until mixture boils.
Pour over meatballs; add pineapple and green pepper.
Heat and serve.
