Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained
    1 carrot, grated (1 c.)
    1 onion, grated (1/4 c.)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Mix all except stuffing.
    In a large buttered casserole dish, put 1/2 of stuffing, then squash mixture.
    Place rest of stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes to 1 hour according to oven.
