Minestrone(Vegetable Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 oz. kidney beans
    2 carrots
    1 leek
    1 piece celery root
    2 onions
    1 3/4 diced bacon
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    1 1/2 qt. bouillon
    2 Tbsp. chopped basil
    2 oz. rice or pasta
    2 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
    Soak the beans overnight in cold water.
    Cut carrots, leek and celery root in small pieces.
    Halve onion and slice in fine strips.
