Szechwan Chicken And Shrimp With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. frozen shrimp
    2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    chives to taste
    garlic to taste
    soy sauce to taste
    oyster sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    Chinese hot oil or Szechwan sauce
Preparation
    My favorite 15 minute dish.
    Place oil in skillet with garlic, chives and shrimp.
    Toss for a few minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons soy, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and hot oil, a little sugar to thicken.
    Add cut up chicken and toss until cooked.
    Add rice. Cook until tender.
