Saucy Pork Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
    1/3 c. cornmeal
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery, onion and garlic; drain.
    Stir in corn and 1 cup salsa.
    Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix biscuit mix, cornmeal and pepper; stir in milk.
    Spoon biscuit mix over meat on diagonals.
    Pour leftover salsa on top.
    Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
