Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    Parsley flakes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. of cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. parmesan cheese
    1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
    8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Add beef, parsley, and Italian seasoning.\tCook until brown.
    Add tomatoes and sauce.
    Simmer 15-20 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix egg and cottage cheese. Add to meat mixture.
    Stir in parmesan cheese.\tPlace cooked noodles in a 2 quart baking dish.
    Add sauce.
    Add more Parmesan and cover with grated cheddar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes until cheese melts and casserole is bubbly.
