Easy Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. good quality beef
    1 or 2 cans bean sprouts (14 oz. cans)
    8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken with rice soup
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. water
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown sliced beef well, adding onion and celery near the end of browning.
    Brown onion and celery slightly with beef.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce while cooking.
    Mix rest of ingredients in a large casserole.
    Add browned meat to soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
