Spinach Burritos(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 pkg. (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 flour tortillas (10 inches)
    3/4 c. picante sauce, divided
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute the onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
    Add the spinach and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
    Place about 3 Tbsp. of mixture on each tortilla; top with 1 Tbsp. of picante sauce and 2 Tbsp. of cheese.
    Place seam side down in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
    Top with remaining picante sauce and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
