Company Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in covered saucepan in small amount of boiling salt water over low heat until tender.
    Drain and cut in 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Combine sour cream, soup and spices.
    Place in 2-quart casserole in alternate layers, in order given, using 1/3 of quantity for each layer; the sliced potatoes, sliced eggs, and cream mixture.
    Combine bread crumbs and Cheddar cheese and sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
