Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 (13 oz.) can Milnot
    1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. margarine (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Butter bottom of 10-inch glass pie pan.
    Sprinkle coconut over bottom of pan.
    Place all other ingredients in blender and blend well on high speed.
    Carefully pour over coconut.
    Be sure coconut is moistened.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Surprise - it forms its own crust.
