Yellow Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash
    2 onions
    2 bell peppers
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed. Bring to boil.
    Let set 1 hour.
    Use small squash (cut in thin slices).
    Dice green pepper and pimentos.
    Pack in jar.
    Pour hot vinegar mixture over squash and seal.
