Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 qt. half and half
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add sugar until thick and lemon colored.
Stir in vanilla and half and half.
Mix well. Freeze in freezer.
Any fruit flavor can be made by adding 3 cups fresh or frozen fruit sweetened with sugar.
Puree the fruit and add to vanilla mixture.
Then freeze.
