Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients and 1 1/4 cups of water in saucepan.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in mixture of flour and milk, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
