New Year'S Eve Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 to 1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. powdered mustard
paprika
celery seed
minced dried onion
dash or two Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Blend the cream cheese and ketchup in mixer.
Start with cream cheese at room temperature and add ketchup until mixture is a peachy-pink shade.
Add dashes at a time to taste of the spices (about 2 to 3 dashes).
Blend thoroughly.
Taste.
Adjust with listed spices, or add salt, pepper, garlic powder, again to taste. Chill for 1 plus hours.
Re-taste and re-spice, if necessary. Serve with potato chips.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
