Ingredients
    2 qt. beef stock
    6 c. onions, medium chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. seasoned croutons
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
    1 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    You will need 6 (2-cup) baking bowls.
