Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can (10 biscuits) buttermilk or country style refrigerator biscuits
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch pie pan.
Brown beef and onion; drain.
Stir in tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer while preparing crust.
