Potato Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 1/2 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. melted oleo
8 oz. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw potatoes 45 minutes.
Reserve enough grated cheese to sprinkle on top of casserole.
Mix all ingredients together well. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
