Kasha Varnitchkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bow ties
    1/2 lb. mushrooms (slices)
    2 c. cooked kasha
    2/3 c. Mazola oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles to package directions; drain.
    In a large skillet, heat oil and cook mushrooms and onions until tender.
    Add kasha and salt.
    Add hot bow ties and toss well.
