"Aunt Betty'S" Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar (cut to 1 1/2 c.)
1 c. shortening (Crisco)
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Mix together next 4 ingredients. Beat all on #3 for 2 minutes.
Add eggs; beat an additional 2 minutes.
(Gradually increase speeds.)
