Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. orange peel, grated
3/4 c. cranberry juice
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. fresh pulped cranberries
Preparation

Blend all ingredients.
Mixture will be lumpy.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
