Fried Rice With Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. leftover rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion and 1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 small zucchini, diced
    3 Tbsp. tamari or soy sauce (optional)
    1 c. peanuts, chopped or whole
Preparation
    Prepare rice.
    Cut up vegetables.
    Saute onions in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry 15 minutes.
    Serve with Chinese noodles.
