Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Place layers of thinly sliced potatoes, green pepper and onions in buttered baking dish; season each layer with salt and pepper.
Mix soup and milk; pour over potatoes and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
