Bon Ton Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. Creole mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 egg (optional)
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 c. dark vinegar
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl except olive oil; whip until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour olive oil in slowly while whipping vigorously.
    Yields approximately 3 cups or 1 1/2 pints.
