Margie'S Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour or Cream of Wheat
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Put in 2-quart bowl.
    Cool slightly. Drop egg into potatoes, beat well and add next 4 ingredients, which have been sifted together.
    Beat thoroughly.
