Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 orange with peel
1 1/2 c. sugar
16 oz. cranberries (about 4 c.)
2 c. chopped celery
nuts
Preparation

Grind cranberries and orange peel together.
Chop balance of orange.
Add to cranberries.
Chop celery and add.
Add sugar and nuts to jello.
Serve chilled.
