Pork And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, cut in fourths
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Dip chops and brown in hot shortening.
    Put into a greased casserole dish on top of potatoes. Mix soup, mustard and milk; pour over chops and potatoes.
    Bake for 75 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Uncover the last 1/2 hour.
