Black & White Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients first.
Add the wet and boiling water last.
Can also be used for cake.
