Portuguese Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    5 c. rice
    6 eggs (2 egg whites only plus 4 eggs)
    2 c. milk
    4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil 3 cups of water.
    Add 5 cups of rice; stir once.
    When water evaporates add 2 cups of milk.
    When rice begins to thicken, add the sugar.
    (The sugar will dissolve.)
    Stir until rice thickens.
    Let sit for 10 minutes.
    Add eggs and stir rapidly. Pour into a plate or small cups.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
