Cabbage Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 tomato, sliced
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients and form into small meatballs. Brown on all sides.
    Drain.
    In a 6-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
    Add the remainder of ingredients except the water. Arrange meatballs on top of vegetables.
    Add water, cover and steam for 30 minutes.
    Do not stir.
