Mountain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/4 c. molasses
    3 Tbsp. nonfat powdered milk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into well-greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until bread starts to pull away from sides of pan.
    Cut in squares and let stand uncovered overnight to dry a little.
    Seal in plastic bag or wrap.
