Shrimp Spread(Finger Food For Party) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) can shrimp, drained, rinsed and chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 green onion, chopped
    12 pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
    1 egg, hard-cooked and chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    dash of lemon pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Serve on bread.
    Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
