Moist Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bananas; beat well.
    Stir in by spoon the bananas six or seven times.
    (Do not use a mixer for the bananas.)
    Grease and flour pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
