South American Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    yellow food coloring
    1/4 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Cook chicken in a large cooker until fully cooked.
    Cool and debone.
    Discard and put back into broth.
    Peel and dice potatoes. Place into broth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
