Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and diced in large chunks
    1 large onion, peeled and diced
    about 1 lb. sausage, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can peas (optional)
    pinch of salt, pepper, parsley and other spices (if desired)
Preparation
    Put the potatoes, onion and sausage into casserole.
    Add the soup.
    A can of peas may be added.
    Add the salt, pepper, parsley and other spices, if desired.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Can also use ham, chicken or turkey.
