Sausage Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. minced onions
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 or 2 eggs
2 pie shells
Preparation

Brown sausage, hamburger and onions on medium heat.
Drain. Add celery, garlic, green peppers and eggs.
Stir.
Add flour and shredded cheese.
Stir.
Add milk.
Stir until ingredients are mixed together.
Divide the mixture evenly into 2 pie shells, unbaked.
Pies are done when crusts are brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
