Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (16 oz.) cans green beans (French or cut)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/16 tsp. black pepper
    pimiento (for garnish)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Thoroughly heat beans
    in
    saucepan.
    In separate small pan, pour 1 cup green
    bean
    juice.
    Add mushroom soup, garlic salt and black pepper.
    Heat thoroughly.
    When soup mixture is hot, stir in milk, water
    chestnuts,
    cheese and 1/2 can onion rings.
    Heat. Drain the
    green
    beans
    and
    combine
    the
    two mixtures.
    Pour into large casserole dish.
    Top with remaining 1/2 can onion rings and
    almonds and pimiento, if desired, for color.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
