Basil Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves, about 4 oz. ea.
    1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
    6 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, about 4 oz. ea.
    1 tomato, cut into 6 slices
    6 basil leaves
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    2 tbl. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tbl. light mayo
Preparation
    Heat broiler. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Slice each breast almost horizontally in half, but leaving one side attached.
