Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. zucchini, grated
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs gradually; then add sugar and oil.
Combine dry ingredients and add the rest.
Put in 2 loaf pans or a dripping pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
