Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh spinach
    5 oz. cooked turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained and chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. commercial no-oil Italian dressing
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill. Combine Italian dressing and mustard, stirring until blended. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat.
    Cover and chill.
    Yields 6 servings (1 cup).
