Stuffed Fresh Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
36 large mushrooms
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine.
Fry bacon crisp. Saute stems and onion in bacon drippings.
Drain off most of the grease.
In a bowl, mix bacon and all other ingredients except butter.
Stuff this mixture into caps; pour butter over top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
